Work Orders

For emergency work orders, please call 713-771-2217.

Tenants may put in work orders 24/7 either by logging onto the resident portal, or by calling 713-771-2217 to speak to a member of our staff or leave a message for the repair team. 

Tenant Payments

Rent is due on the 7th of each month.  After this date, a tenant will be charged a late fee of 5% of the rent. 

Payments accepted:

I.  ONLINE THROUGH THE RESIDENT PORTAL:

ACH:  Make a one-time payment or setup recurring payments (with no service fee).

Credit/Debit Card: Make a one-time payment or setup recurring payments (including a 3% service fee).

II. THROUGH OUR OFFICE:

Checks or Money Orders:  Mail, or bring in person, to 5902 Winsome Ln, Houston, Tx 77057.

ACH: Authorize us to setup and manage recurring bank drafts (with no service fee).  Please call for details.

Credit/Debit Card:  Make a one-time payment over the phone or in person (including a 3% service fee).

Providing Information to Third Parties

If a tenant wants us to provide any information about them or their lease to another party, the tenant must provide us with a written statement by email, fax, or in person, authorizing us to give this information out to this third party.

All the data on our office network is protected by Spectrum Tech IT Solutions.
